This Week In SnackChat

Since I started This Week in SnackChat, I've been receiving a pretty consistent flow of food related SnapChats.  But What I have come too realize is that my friends definition of "snacks" is not all the same.  While MealChat doesn't have the same ring as SnackChat, I'll take what I can get.  Thanks Friends! 

Eating Out Pho Hong Phat

When I eat pho for breakfast, there is one place in the LB to go, Pho Hong Phat. I feel like I'm eating at home, if my family was Vietnamese and made bomb ass pho. But alias, I'm Filipino and my parents are retired and up until a few years ago didn't know what the fuck pho was. In their defence, they lived less than a mile from a pho restaurant. 

I love this place. They make one thing, pho and serve it like 17 different ways and give you four size options. Do they have tripe and tendons? Yes! Beef balls? Yes! Is it open for dinner? No!
